Watch the following video and then discuss the theme with your fellow students, bearing in mind the questions below:
* What was the purpose of the dog's video?
* Which dog do you think they're going to take home?
* Do you think that the future owners' opinion changed because of the video?
* Why do you think the dog had a little suitcase near him after showing the video?

It's not easy to persuade others into buying. In order to do that, you have to known the right techniques.
Read the following persuasive techniques and do the matching exercises, so that you can learn some of those techniques:
